Your plays

Your play library is stored on the device where you create it. Playdraw Pro does not provide an account or cloud sync for your plays. Exported backups and files go to the destination you choose. That destination may have its own privacy policy.

Back up your plays before removing the app or clearing browser data. A library backup includes saved diagrams and publishing settings. Attached video files are not included.

Purchases in the iOS edition

When in-app purchases are enabled, Apple processes payment and RevenueCat processes purchase history and an anonymous app identifier to validate access, restore purchases, and report subscription activity. Playdraw Pro does not receive your payment-card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.

Website services

The website host processes network requests to deliver the app. The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts. The optional, restricted AI writing feature on the website sends the selected play and writing instructions to the AI provider when you request a draft. AI writing is not included in the iOS edition.

PDF review preview

PDF uploads and review drafts are saved locally in this browser. Selecting Analyze sends an image and extracted text from the selected page to our restricted AI service. The service stores the conversion result and request identifier to prevent duplicate requests and support retries. Source files are not part of a library backup. Keep the original PDF and use the draft backup action to retain review notes. Contact support to request removal of an analysis result stored by the service.

Optional usage measurement

Usage measurement is off unless you choose to enable it. If enabled, we send feature events, the general marketing channel and output format, and a randomly generated device identifier to our Netlify-hosted service. The identifier rotates after 30 days. We do not send play contents, player names, your email address or payment information with these events. Our host processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service.

Reports use the past 30 days. Older events are removed during report maintenance. Turn measurement off in Settings or on the launch page to stop future events and remove the identifier from this device. Previously received events may remain until maintenance removes them. Browser Do Not Track disables this optional measurement.

Coaching email signup

The optional launch-page signup collects the email address and any name you provide, your explicit coaching-email consent, and the signup source through Netlify Forms. The starter downloads are available without signing up. Signup information is used for PlayDraw coaching tips and launch updates. It is separate from optional usage measurement and is not added to your play library.

We retain signup details while you remain subscribed and process unsubscribe requests through the link in each campaign or by email to info@floridacoastalprep.com. We may retain the minimum information needed to honor your unsubscribe request. No coaching campaigns are sent until the mailing service is configured and tested.

Support and choices

If you contact us, we receive the information you send so we can respond. Please do not include private player information in support requests. You control when to export or share your plays. To ask about this policy or information you have sent us, email info@floridacoastalprep.com.
